Wear eye protection
Use a hammer drill because this best creates a quality hole
Make sure to sue the right size of carbide drill bit or that the diameter of hole to be drilled is the same as the diameter of the machine screw anchor
After drilling, clean out the hole
Insert the anchor into the hole with the threaded end first
Insert the setting tool into the anchor, and hammer down until the tip of the setting tool meets the top of the anchor
Affix the fixture over the anchor and then insert the right sized machine threaded bolt or screw to keep the fixture in place
