Since its humble beginnings, NLB has now grown to serve 120 men per year transforming a countless number of families. While in the program, men don’t just have access to counseling and other kinds of therapy, but they are taught a trade or some kind of skill which they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.
Originally from Vermont, Chelsea Miller grew up on her family’s farm where she learned how to live off the land and how-to blacksmith from her father. Living so close to nature pushed Chelsea to want to find new ways to express herself as both a person and an artist. She moved to New York to attend high school to chase her dream of becoming an actress, and she ended up acting in many films and dramas. After spending several years in New York, Chelsea moved back home where she started pursuing a career as a knife maker.
Jacob Harper opened Harper Guitars in 2013 after dabbling in guitar making as a hobby/part-time job. After being laid off from his job in advertising, John Ryland decided to pursue his passion of building motorcycles and started Classified Moto. Based in Richmond, Virginia, John and his team builds custom bikes like any other. Classified Moto doesn’t build show bikes that are never meant to be ridden. The Industrial Depot sells a wide variety of nuts for almost any use. Lock nuts are any nut that includes a locking feature. Keps nuts are nuts that include a built in washer which provides a locking tension. Many kinds of keps nuts include a star shaped washer that flares out to hold the nut in place. One of the most used lock nuts is the nylock nut. The nylock nut includes a nylon insert that helps keep the nut from coming off. For high heat applications, both top and reverse lock nuts are good choices. The top lock nut clamps down on the bolt holding it in place. The reverse lock nut locks onto the bolt using specialized threads.

We sell a wide variety of different cabinets and bolt bins. One option we sell is heavy duty metal benches. These tables are powder coated, made from 8 inch plate steel, can hold up to 12,000 pounds, and include a lower shelf. Our heavy duty industrial cabinet can use different size bins and can hold up to 192 bins total. Each bin has a different part number for each product, so when you are low, you can send us the part number and we will send you the product saving you time and money. Abrasives go great in our mobile bench cabinet. These cabinets are powder coated, has a side bench which a vice can be mounted to, and can hold up to 2,000 pounds. The main purpose of a flat washer is simple; to keep the nut or the bolt head from driving into the material that you're using. There are a couple of different types of flat washers. You’ve got a USS and your SAE with the same size hole, but the USS has a bigger diameter. The reason is why they use that is because it applies the pressure to a wider surface. You find these typically in just general household applications and they work great. You find SAE washers on a lot of automotive applications where you’ve got a 90 degree angle and you have to get a bolt washer in there, so space is limited. You also have fender washers. Fender washers have the same diameter hole as a regular washer, but you get larger outside diameters. The reason why the call them fender washers is simple. The automotive world uses them on fenders that have sheet metal where you have adjustment and there is a big slot and you got to cover that area so you put a fender washer over it so it bites material. Then there is a split lock washer. You can tell by the split and it's not perfectly straight. The reason why they do that is the same as other lock washers. When you tighten the nut this collapses down and it applies pressure on the nut to keep it from backing off, holding it in place so it does not come loose.
